I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach with over four years of experience helping individuals transform their relationship with fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.
My approach goes beyond aesthetics. I’m deeply passionate about strength training, muscle development, functional movement, and the vital connection between physical and mental health. I’m especially committed to fostering awareness around disordered eating and guiding clients toward a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
